Great track I'm glad they opened it back up nice and clean and professional
Coming from a business owner's perspective, there's also plenty of space for trailers, large vendor tents, and food trucks.
I was told this location is recently reopened, and as such I'll forgive the rough entryway! Ha. Anyways my business came for the 2017 Paul Walker's Race Wars and had a blast. There's tons of room for casual tents, chairs, vehicles, and the layout is very easy to catch onto.
The track itself could use some love and repaving due to age and being unused, but otherwise everything seems in good shape. It's a short 1/8 dragstrip so I'm sure once more income hits, they'll repave it!

This place is very cool and I like coming but we can’t go faster than a 6.0 without being told to get a roll cage

Has great potential but not very organized. Tried to go 2 weeks ago. Website listed NHRA event for Saturday night. Drove an hour and when we got there gates closed and place locked up. No where on website or voice mail when you call the place did in state event had been canceled. So I would recommend calling and making sure someone answers before you go. Voicemail hasn't been updated since July 8 weekend (last called August 12). So went to Southern Raceway for a great and well organized event. Came back here 8/12 for another NHRA night. Website states racing starts at 5:00pm. Got there a little after 5 only to sit around until time trials finally started a little after 7. Actual races didn't start until 9. I see why this place has very few spectators compared to Southern Raceway. It's just not put together well. They were obviously having communication issues and couldn't get lights on tree to work right. It's a shame because I'd much rather go to a drag strip than dirt track but this place appears to need some organization/management help bad. Pros: you can tailgate here so you can bring your own drinks/food and chairs. I'll definitely try it again and hope organization improves.
